Walking directions to Maison Venezia/UNA Esperienze
Booking.com

The
Maison Venezia/UNA Esperienze is about five minutes on foot from the
"A" platform of the Fondamente Nove waterbus station, which is used by Alilaguna
Blue Line boats from Venice Marco Polo Airport. The hotel is located on a small,
quiet square next to a canal, yet it's just a couple of streets away from the
main pedestrian route to the Rialto Bridge and the Piazza San Marco.
The Maison Venezia/UNA Experienze has 28 air-conditioned rooms and suites, all furnished in a
traditional Venetian style. Guest perks include free coffee, tea, juices, and
snacks in the lobby from 2:30 to 10:30 p.m., plus complimentary Prosecco
and sandwiches from 6 to 8 p.m. daily.
How to reach the Maison Venezia from the Alilaguna
airport-boat pier at Fondamente Nove:

Our directions assume that you're taking an
Alilaguna
Linea Blu (Blue Line) airport boat from
Venice Marco Polo Airport to Fondamente Nove.
-
As you leave waterbus platform "A" at F. Nove, look for the Salizada
Spechieri. This is a street just to the right of the pier.
-
Walk inland on the Salizada Spechieri, past the Gesuiti
Church and through the Campo dei Gesuiti to a canal.
-
Turn right immediately before the bridge. Walk along the
Fondamenta Zen to the next bridge (called the Ponte Santa Caterina o
Zanardi).
-
Turn left and cross that bridge. Continue walking straight
ahead on the Calle Zanardi and the Ruga dei Due Pozzi. (You'll pass two
wellheads, or pozzi, just before reaching the hotel.)
-
The hotel entrance will be on your right, immediately after
a step that runs across the square.
